- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine the pasta and broccoli with the chicken mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the pasta cool completely, then place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove with a splash of water or olive oil.
