  • 200 grams shrimp Cleaned and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas) Any combination of your choice
  • 200 grams high-protein noodles Such as edamame or chickpea noodles
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss in the fresh vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the high-protein noodles and soy sauce, stirring until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for garnish. Extra soy sauce on the side is great for those who enjoy more seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
