- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, egg, almond flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking the Patties
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties and set aside.
Making the Gravy
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are soft.
- Pour in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to incorporate any browned bits. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the patties to the skillet, cover with the gravy, and cook for a few more minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Ensure your patties are evenly shaped for consistent cooking. Don't skip scraping the bits from the bottom of the skillet; they add great flavor to the gravy. Experiment with adding other spices or herbs to the beef mixture for more flavor.
