  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side; remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring until combined.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Let simmer for an additional 10 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

Best served with steamed vegetables or fresh salad. Can be drizzled over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles for a low-carb option.
