Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 10 oz Cream Cheese, softened Adds richness and creaminess
  • 6 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute Can substitute with powdered monk fruit or allulose
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon Divided between the filling and the coating
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor and depth
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavors
Roll-Ups
  • 1 pack Low-Carb Tortillas Ensure they are warmed to prevent cracking
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon For coating
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute Ensure it's granulated for even coverage
  • optional Crushed pecans or chopped walnuts Add for a delightful crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with melted butter, Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Take a warmed low-carb tortilla and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly on it. If you like, sprinkle some crushed nuts over the filling for added crunch.
  2. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla until it forms a tight cylinder. Repeat this process for all tortillas.
Coating
  1. In a small bowl, mix the remaining cinnamon with the Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute. After rolling, lightly coat each roll-up in this cinnamon-sugar mixture for that extra sweetness.
Serving
  1. Cut the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store the roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. For longer storage, wrap each roll-up tightly in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
