Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with melted butter, Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
- Take a warmed low-carb tortilla and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly on it. If you like, sprinkle some crushed nuts over the filling for added crunch.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla until it forms a tight cylinder. Repeat this process for all tortillas.
Coating
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining cinnamon with the Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute. After rolling, lightly coat each roll-up in this cinnamon-sugar mixture for that extra sweetness.
Serving
- Cut the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store the roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. For longer storage, wrap each roll-up tightly in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer bag. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
