Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and erythritol until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Ensure your butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easier mixing. If the dough feels too sticky, you can add a bit more almond flour. For added flavor, you can mix in herbs or spices like garlic powder or rosemary.
