  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the grilled chicken and cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream or water if the pasta seems dry. For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken or add your favorite vegetables. For added spice, include red pepper flakes.
