  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 pieces taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in honey and BBQ sauce, mixing well to coat the beef.
  4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the BBQ beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and any additional toppings you desire.
  7. Serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, try using a different type of BBQ sauce that you enjoy. If you want a little heat, add some diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef mixture. Fresh lime juice drizzled over the tacos adds a refreshing touch.
