Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
This bread is great on its own or spread with butter, cream cheese, or jam. Store tightly wrapped or in an airtight container. Keeps at room temperature for a few days, in the fridge for up to a week, or frozen for up to three months.
