Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing well.
Combining
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, ideally with a side salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
