- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

- Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme. Sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
