Potatoes and Seasoning
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme. Sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
