Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken with lemongrass, soy sauce, and fish sauce for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer, up to a few hours. Feel free to add more vegetables based on what you have at home.
