  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter version, substitute with half-and-half.
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Season chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For better flavor, make sure to brown the chicken well. You can adjust the spices to your taste. If you like it spicy, try adding a pinch of chili powder. For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer to reduce.
