Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3 pieces ripe peaches, sliced or chopped Use ripe and juicy peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup diced watermelon or cantaloupe
  • 1 piece kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional) Sprinkle on top before serving for added freshness.
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey Can be replaced with agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 piece lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • a pinch salt (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruit. Slice or chop the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the watermelon or cantaloupe. Peel and slice the kiwi if using.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Combine & Toss
  1. In a large bowl, add all the prepared fruits. Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to combine.
Chill (Optional)
  1. If you have time, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Serve
  1. Transfer the fruit salad to a serving dish or individual bowls. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. If it gets too juicy, drain some excess liquid before serving. Feel free to substitute fruits based on availability.
