Preparation
- Wash all the fruit. Slice or chop the peaches, hull and halve the strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the watermelon or cantaloupe. Peel and slice the kiwi if using.
Make the Dressing
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Combine & Toss
- In a large bowl, add all the prepared fruits. Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to combine.
Chill (Optional)
- If you have time, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Serve
- Transfer the fruit salad to a serving dish or individual bowls. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh mint before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. If it gets too juicy, drain some excess liquid before serving. Feel free to substitute fruits based on availability.
