  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with regular yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese Use full-fat for a richer flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Additional strawberries can be added for serving
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Optional toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layer the yogurt mixture on top of the oats.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, add optional toppings and enjoy right from the jar or bowl.

Notes

You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days. For a creamier texture, let the oats soak longer. Feel free to swap strawberries for other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor.
