Preparation
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the yogurt mixture on top of the oats.
- Add the sliced strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, add optional toppings and enjoy right from the jar or bowl.
Notes
You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days. For a creamier texture, let the oats soak longer. Feel free to swap strawberries for other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor.
