- Spread the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and arrange the veggies around them.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
To save time, prep the veggies and chicken ahead of time and store them in the fridge until you’re ready to cook. Use a meat thermometer to check the chicken's doneness. It should read 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast. Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand or what’s in season.
