  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 pieces chicken sausages, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large baking sheet, combine sliced chicken sausage, broccoli florets, and tortellini.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the tortellini is heated through.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
