Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat beef broth and thicken with flour to create gravy.
Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with cream, butter, minced garlic, and herbs.
Serving
- Serve meatballs with gravy over the top and a side of garlic herb mashed potatoes.
Notes
You can add sautéed mushrooms to the gravy for extra flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze them separately for up to 3 months.
