Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and add the beef steak, cooking until browned and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, in another pan, prepare the cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
Combining
  1. Once the beef and vegetables are cooked, mix them together in the skillet.
  2. Add shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
  3. Serve the beef mixture over the cauliflower rice and customize with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately to appreciate the melted cheese and savory beef. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until heated through.
