  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve topped with creamy garlic sauce.
