  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Feel free to substitute with other vegetables.
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce For gluten-free, use tamari or coconut aminos.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh minced garlic recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the kielbasa.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking
  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
