- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Continue to cook for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jam thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to clean jars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or process in a water bath for long-term storage.
Notes
You can serve mulberry jam on toast, pancakes, or as a dessert topping. It can also be mixed into yogurt or oatmeal for added flavor. For longer storage, process the jars in a water bath.
