Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, letting the sauce simmer and thicken.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Stir to coat.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For an even creamier sauce, add more heavy cream or Parmesan cheese. For spice, add red pepper flakes. Feel free to customize the pasta shape.
