Ingredients
  

For the pizza base
  • 250 g low-fat quark or Skyr
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 150 g bell peppers (diced) Wash and dice them
  • 50 g corn
  • 30 g spring onions (sliced) Wash and slice them
  • 150 g grated cheese (e.g., Gouda) You can substitute with any cheese of choice

Preparation
  1. Wash the bell peppers and spring onions.
  2. Dice the bell peppers into small cubes and slice the spring onions into fine rings.
  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl with a lid.
  4. Shake the bowl vigorously until everything is well mixed.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) with top and bottom heat.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the shake pizza mixture onto the parchment paper in a circular or rectangular shape.
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes until the pizza is golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for a short while, then slice and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add spices or herbs like garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Ensure the vegetables are finely chopped for better blending. For a crunchier crust, consider baking longer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can freeze the pizza; just wrap it well.
