Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower rice, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
