Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 Lemon wedges For flavor.
  • to taste Fresh parsley For garnish (optional).

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, place the cod fillets.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cod.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top of the fish.
  5. Use a spoon or your hands to coat the fillets evenly with the seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle fresh parsley on top if desired.
