  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Finely shredded cheese blends better.
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as preferred.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or small discs and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Add your choice of toppings on each ball or disc.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot or warm on a platter with dipping sauces like ranch dressing, salsa, or guacamole. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for about a month. Experiment with herbs and spices for enhanced flavor.
