Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze.
- Stir in capers and return the chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
