  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is well combined.
Cucumber Salad
  1. In a bowl, toss sliced cucumber with rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve the Korean ground beef warm with the cucumber salad on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the ground beef in soy sauce and sesame oil for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to make the dish spicier or milder to your taste. Try adding chopped green onions or sesame seeds as toppings for extra texture and flavor.
