  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh basil, chopped You can use more or less to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Mix in chopped basil and return the chicken to the skillet.
  8. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Serve this dish hot, paired with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. It is also excellent over zucchini noodles for a low-carb alternative to pasta.
