- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in chopped basil and return the chicken to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
