Making Teriyaki Sauce
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar substitute, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the teriyaki sauce.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the sauce thickens slightly, remove from heat.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
