  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Once done, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some sun-dried tomatoes or spinach to the creamy mixture before cooking. Make sure to check the chicken's doneness with a meat thermometer; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). If you want a thicker sauce, you can add a bit of grated Parmesan cheese in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
