Preparation
- Brown the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked and nicely browned.
- Remove the cooked sausage from the pan, keeping the fat in the pan.
- Whisk in the cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken stock into the fat over medium heat. Stir continuously until the gravy thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked sausage back to the gravy and mix well.
Notes
Serve warm over low-carb biscuits, cauliflower mash, or zucchini noodles. Topping with chopped green onions or parsley adds extra flavor.
