  • 1 cup almond flour Gluten-free option.
  • 1 unit egg
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
