Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in a circular shape to form the pizza crust.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and return to the oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Let the crust cool completely before storing. You can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to store it longer, you can freeze the unbaked crust for up to a month, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and then foil. Make sure to blend the cottage cheese well for a smoother crust. Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices for extra flavor.
