  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in a circular shape to form the pizza crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and return to the oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Let the crust cool completely before storing. You can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to store it longer, you can freeze the unbaked crust for up to a month, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and then foil. Make sure to blend the cottage cheese well for a smoother crust. Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices for extra flavor.
