Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the sugar-free maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and place it in a roasting pan.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, then season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
- Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store any leftover ham in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can freeze it for longer storage as well.
