Preparation of Burgers
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, feta cheese, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if needed. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your liking.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tomato cream. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat.
- Stir in the tomato paste and smoked paprika. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
Serving
- Once the burgers are fully cooked, serve them hot with a generous drizzle of the tomato cream sauce on top.
Notes
Make sure to mix the burger ingredients gently to keep the patties tender. If you prefer spicier flavors, add chopped jalapeƱos or red pepper flakes to the burger mixture. Experiment with different herbs and spices to suit your taste.
