  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Ensure it's gluten-free if necessary.
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Low sodium recommended.

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and combined.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder or onion powder to the cream cheese mixture. If you prefer a spicier version, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeƱos.
