  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream For added creaminess, can be increased.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle more on top when serving for extra flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder (optional) Fresh minced garlic can be used for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking the chicken.

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Chop the cooked bacon and add it back to the skillet.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.

Notes

Serve warm with a simple side salad. For a twist, use zucchini noodles for a different texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
