- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Chop the cooked bacon and add it back to the skillet.
- Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
Notes
Serve warm with a simple side salad. For a twist, use zucchini noodles for a different texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
