Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your Instant Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture until fully covered.
Cooking
- If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- If using an Instant Pot, place the chicken in the pot, add a cup of water or broth, and cook on high pressure for 8-10 minutes.
- After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftover Keto Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Marinate for extra flavor.
