  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Boneless and skinless recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground is best
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated or shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your Instant Pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture until fully covered.
Cooking
  1. If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  2. If using an Instant Pot, place the chicken in the pot, add a cup of water or broth, and cook on high pressure for 8-10 minutes.
  3. After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover Keto Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Marinate for extra flavor.
