  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavoring.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For flavoring.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For additional color and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your instant pot.
  2. Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish or the instant pot.
Cooking
  1. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or in the instant pot on high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can serve the chicken with steamed vegetables, salad, or cauliflower rice. Drizzling lemon juice before serving enhances the flavor. For better results, marinate chicken several hours beforehand. Adjust spices to suit your taste. Adding parmesan cheese before baking can create a delicious crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Make sure chicken is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
