Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  3. Warm the low-carb tortilla in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs, broken pieces of bacon, and shredded cheese onto the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
  6. Optionally, top with avocado, salsa, or hot sauce before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. They can be eaten cold or reheated.
