- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
- Warm the low-carb tortilla in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, broken pieces of bacon, and shredded cheese onto the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
- Optionally, top with avocado, salsa, or hot sauce before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. They can be eaten cold or reheated.
