  • 1 large egg Binds the ingredients together.
  • 1 tsp baking powder Helps the biscuits rise.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and erythritol until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store the Keto Biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, keep in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
