Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes while you prepare the zucchini noodles.

  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  1. Place the zucchini noodles in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Check after 5 minutes to ensure they do not get too brown; cooking times may vary based on thickness.
