Preparation

Cooking
- Place the protein in the air fryer basket and cook at the recommended temperature for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For low-carb vegetables, toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and air fry them alongside the protein for about 8-10 minutes.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top of the protein in the last few minutes of cooking.

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Experiment with different seasonings to suit your taste. Monitor the cooking time based on the thickness of the protein to ensure it cooks evenly.
