- Take a piece of iceberg lettuce and lay it flat.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and salami on top of the lettuce.
- Add a slice of smoked Gouda cheese.
- Roll the lettuce around the meats and cheese to form a wrap.
- Repeat for additional wraps.
- Serve immediately for a low carb meal.
Notes
You can serve these wraps as a light lunch or appetizer. They pair well with a dipping sauce like marinara. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one day, but best eaten fresh.
