  • 1 head Crunchy iceberg lettuce Choose the freshest for best crunch.
  • 10 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 10 slices Salami slices
  • 4 slices Smoked Gouda cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Take a piece of iceberg lettuce and lay it flat.
  2. Place a few slices of pepperoni and salami on top of the lettuce.
  3. Add a slice of smoked Gouda cheese.
  4. Roll the lettuce around the meats and cheese to form a wrap.
  5. Repeat for additional wraps.
  6. Serve immediately for a low carb meal.

Notes

You can serve these wraps as a light lunch or appetizer. They pair well with a dipping sauce like marinara. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one day, but best eaten fresh.
