Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade
  • 1 pound Chicken thighs Skin-on for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Freshly minced for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For added richness
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste for spice level
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To season chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the honey garlic mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, juicy chicken.

Notes

Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for a couple of minutes at the end of cooking. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
