Cooking

Notes

Serve warm with fresh fruits, honey, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, or maple syrup. Leftover pancakes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving. For thinner pancakes, add a splash of milk or water to the batter. Experiment with flavors by adding cinnamon or vanilla extract.
