Preparation
- In a bowl, mash the banana.
- Add the eggs and protein powder, and mix until combined.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm topped with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze with parchment paper in between.
