Pancake Batter Ingredients
  • 3 pieces eggs Use whole eggs for better texture.
  • 1 piece ripe banana Make sure the banana is very ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Adjust based on taste and dietary needs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add the eggs and protein powder, and mix until combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet.
  3. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm topped with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze with parchment paper in between.
