- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and unsalted butter.
- Cook over low heat until the butter is melted and everything is well mixed.
- Set aside.
Assembly
- In bowls, layer the roasted sweet potatoes and cooked beef.
- Top with a generous scoop of cottage cheese, sliced avocado, and fresh cilantro.
- Drizzle with the hot honey mixture and serve with lime wedges on the side.
